Expect, Engage, Enjoy
in the Power of Community …

The idea of community incorporates so many parts of who we are.

* Community is fellowship – the way we can enjoy one another.
* Community is service – the way we can support and build each other up.
* Community is using our individual gifts to contribute to something bigger than ourselves – the way we take our own passions and gifts, and pour them into others.
* Community is teaching and learning - the way we all learn from unique gifts, experiences, and wisdom of others.

This section of the web site is designed to show you how you can expect, engage, enjoy community in every one of these ways. First Reformed Church wants to give opportunities for your heart and soul to be fed, for your mind to be taught, and for you to grow in likeness to Jesus Christ.

We want to provide ways that you can learn and share life in community as you join a group with others, begin serving in a certain area, or seek ways to receive the healing your heart needs.

As you think about where you might expect, engage, enjoy open yourself up to taking a new risk. Maybe it’s time to exercise a gift you’ve been afraid to use. Maybe it’s simply time to meet some new people who have a similar interest and desire to know Jesus more deeply.

An opportunity for community is an opportunity to bring life to a new part of your heart.
